Type A Silicone Measurement Material

SPIRIAS is a type A polyvinyl siloxane based impression material with high hydrophilicity, cured by addition reaction, used for taking detailed impressions. SPIRIAS Type A Silicone Impression Material is available in various viscosities to enable dentists to take detailed and precise impressions and to choose the appropriate material / technique.

HIGH PERFORMANCE LEVEL

High level of mechanical properties and smooth clear surfaces thanks to the perfect combination of Nano filler and Micro fillers in an innovative approach.
Nanoparticles in the formulation increase fluidity and detail capability in subgingival areas.

HIGH TEAR STRENGTH

Through its high tear resistance, subgingival or interproximal areas can be separated from oral tissues without tearing the impression even when measuring.
Exceptional elastic recovery, impressions are easy to remove from the mouth and recover from deformation that may have occurred upon removal.
By using traditional linear chain polymers and New Generation Polymers with high density and high tensile strength, the crosslink ratio within the structure has been increased and excellent mechanical properties have been achieved.

OPTIMIZED THIXOTROPIC BEHAVIOR

With nanoparticular structure and optimum thixotropic behavior, when pressure is applied to the material, it increases its fluidity and climbs the gingival better (See shark fin test).
Material is stable in areas where pressure is not applied, thus eliminating the risk of excess material escaping into the throat.
