Articulating Paper
Articulating paper is a diagnostic material used in dentistry to check occlusal contact points between upper and lower teeth. It helps dentists identify high spots, premature contacts, and bite interferences during restorative and prosthetic procedures.
What It Is
Thin strips or horseshoe-shaped sheets coated with colored dye (usually blue, red, or black) that transfer marks onto tooth surfaces when the patient bites.
